The Wales Climate Week virtual exhibition area
This year’s Wales Climate Week is being brought to you through a virtual event platform called Airmeet. This is not your average event platform, think of it as your digital conference centre, complete with everything you need to connect, collaborate and discover new opportunities.
The platform is designed to help participants navigate the virtual conference with ease. You will be able to jump between sessions, check out the full schedule for the week, drop into networking spaces and explore the virtual exhibition space - all at the touch of a button.

Showcase your work
The Airmeet platform also allows you the chance to showcase your work in a fully customisable booth within its interactive exhibition space.
The booths can be branded using logos or images and will provide you with the opportunity to showcase resources, host live discussions and jump into one-to-one conversations with other stakeholders via a chat function or live around a virtual meeting table. Exhibition spaces are completely free, so if you’re interested in grabbing one, please contact walesclimateweek@equinox.wales and the organisers will be in touch to advise you on the next steps. Just remember that if you do have a booth, you’ll need to be available during the conference to chat to visitors and respond to meeting requests.
What visitors can expect
The exhibition area will be open to all Wales Climate Week participants to visit. Here you will be able to explore the digital conference centre at your leisure. You will be able to watch live panel discussions, join in the conversations, participate in polls, connect directly with other stakeholders through the exhibition platform and download useful resources.
This year’s Wales Climate Week virtual conference will be like no other and we look forward to seeing you there.
