Application conveys an understanding of the need to explore a set of key questions (provided by the Welsh Government) on one or more of the topics linked to Housing, Transport, Agriculture and Land Use Application describes appropriate methods for exploring the questions with the event audience, and confirms a post-event report will be submitted with the required evidence.

Costs/value for money - 30%
The overall costs in comparison to the estimated number of attendees offers value for money, and all the individual costs meet the fund eligibility criteria.
Post-event evaluation forms should be submitted as soon as possible after your event (within seven days) or by the final deadline of Friday 13th March.
What questions will I need to explore during my event?
The questions that you will need to explore during your event will depend on which of the themes you have chosen to cover. Here is the full list.
What support will be available for event organisers?
Ongoing support will be on offer to help guide successful applicants through each stage of organising their Climate Conversation events – from planning to delivery and reporting.

Outside of these sessions, you will be given a dedicated contact at Equinox and an Organisers Pack containing a series of one-pagers with helpful guidance, information, tips and tools to support with planning and delivering your event.
